House of Spain And The Story Of How It Came To Be

Flash forward to 2018. Amanda and her husband, Peter, had spent more than 40 years combined working in the service industry and were ready to build something of their own. Amanda’s dad suggested going back to those Spanish roots and importing extra virgin olive oil from Spain.

So they thought, why not?

They imported their first half-pallet of incredible Spanish olive oil and House of Spain was born.

What began with olive oil quickly became something much bigger: a passion for natural wellness, thoughtfully made products, and helping people incorporate simple, functional ingredients into their everyday lives.

Over the years, House of Spain continued to grow and evolve. While we eventually moved away from our olive oil beginnings, those roots shaped everything we are today.

Now, House of Spain Wellness is focused on functional mushrooms and plant-based wellness, featuring ingredients like Lion’s Mane, Cordyceps, Chaga, Reishi, and other functional botanicals designed to fit easily into everyday routines.

We believe wellness doesn’t have to be complicated. Our goal is to offer high-quality products made with thoughtfully selected ingredients while keeping the experience approachable, transparent, and a little bit fun.

And through every version of House of Spain, one thing has never changed: this has always been a family business.

We are incredibly grateful to every friend, family member, customer, market shopper, and supporter who has been part of this journey. House of Spain has changed a lot since that first pallet of olive oil arrived, and we couldn’t have done any of it without you.
